Residence support

Administrative support for eligible board members, employees and their documented cases.

Residence matters are fact-specific. We help organise documents, appointments and process communication, and coordinate specialist review when needed.

Scope of support

  • 01

    Document checklist and application coordination

  • 02

    Board-member and employee cases

  • 03

    Multilingual process communication

Qualified support

Our work is handled by experienced specialists. Where a regulated activity requires specific authorisation, we coordinate with appropriately authorised professionals.

01 · Eligibility first

A temporary residence case depends on the applicant’s real purpose of stay.

Work, business activity, family circumstances and study are different legal routes. A combined temporary residence and work permit is generally relevant to a non-EU national who plans to work and remain in Poland for more than three months, but exclusions and different routes may apply. We review the circumstances before recommending a filing path.

02 · Document plan

Prepare the applicant and employer sides together.

01

Valid travel document and current lawful-stay information

02

MOS application data and a compliant digital photograph

03

Employer-completed Annex 1 for a temporary residence and work case

04

Employment terms, remuneration and health-insurance evidence where applicable

05

Documents proving the stated purpose of stay and any case-specific attachments

03 · Coordinated process

From route selection to the residence card.

01

Case review

We identify the correct residence route, current status, responsible voivode and any employer actions before documents are prepared.

02

MOS preparation

The applicant creates or uses their MOS account. We coordinate the application data, attachments and the employer section relevant to the chosen route.

03

Submission and fees

The applicant signs and submits through the official MOS process and pays the applicable official charges. We provide a filing checklist and retain a record of the submitted set.

04

Authority follow-up

We help organise responses to requests for missing information and keep the applicant and employer informed about the next documented step.

05

Decision and card

After a positive decision, the applicant follows the authority’s instructions for the residence card and checks the conditions recorded in the decision.

04 · Important points

Support does not guarantee a permit or an authority deadline.

  • The foreigner—not the employer—is the party to a temporary residence and work proceeding.
  • The application route, documents, fees and signing method must be checked against the current MOS instructions.
  • The statutory processing framework starts only when the authority has a complete application and required attachments; actual case timing can vary.
  • Employment or other material changes may affect the permit or require a separate notification, amendment or new application.
  • Do not send passports, criminal-record material or other sensitive files through the website enquiry form. We agree a suitable document channel after the initial review.
Individual assessment

This page provides general administrative information, not a decision on eligibility. The correct route depends on nationality, current stay, purpose, employer, role, remuneration and personal circumstances.
