Choose the route before preparing documents
Poland offers several business forms. The appropriate choice depends on ownership, risk, financing, management and tax circumstances. Companies are generally entered in KRS, while sole traders use CEIDG. Foreign founders should confirm eligibility, representation and signing arrangements before filing.
Registration is only the beginning
After incorporation, the company may need supplementary tax data, beneficial-owner reporting, a bank account, accounting policies, VAT assessment, e-Delivery arrangements and a reliable document workflow. Assign responsibility for each deadline before the first transaction.
